JEFF HERMAN BFP FCA MBA
Jeff Herman is the founder of Blueplate Consulting Ltd following a career with KPMG Consulting and Oasis, a niche boutique consultancy, focused on business process reengineering.
As a chartered accountant and experienced management consultant, Jeff has worked with organisations to develop and execute their business and functional strategies. This has enabled him to maximise exposure to a broad range of clients across the UK, Europe and throughout the Far East.
In addition to financial services, Jeff works across many other industries including hospitality, professional services, pharmaceuticals, property and central government departments. Client’s value his ability to “get things done”, working sensitively across all dimensions and levels of an organisation, to bring about transformational change and a culture of accountability.
As an accredited assessor for Youth Business International Jeff undertook assessments of their international partners in the UK, Netherlands, Israel, Bhutan, Mozambique and Ireland. He is also a Business and Finance Professional, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Master of Business Administration and Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants.
