What we did

1. Project managed a multinational team based in the USA, UK and Europe to:

   • review PC and laptop manufacturing, logistics and distribution costs

   • financial modeling of distribution cost scenarios

 

2. Project managed the implementation of a bespoke web-store requiring process design of working practices, business rules and interfaces between the web-store, accounting, manufacturing and logistics.

 

3. Strategy review and option generation for an OEM relationship

 

Results

•   Transfer of manufacturing from the UK to a European OEM

•   Successful ‘on-time’ implementation of web-store within the consumer call centre
