Global Bank - Performance Measures -Finance Function Effectiveness ….
The Problem
• No capability to monitor on a global basis, finance function effectiveness for
12 reporting entities along with a consolidated Global view.
What we did
• KPIs - defined the KPIs and production process
• Project and stakeholder management – designed the approach and managed expectations
• Documentation - produced a “bible” of KPI definitions, basis of consolidation,
trend analysis, targets and collation process
• System development - designed and managed the development of the excel based “heat
maps”, dashboards and consolidation process
• Handover - handover of the “dashboard” to an offshore shared service centre
Results
• Speedy implementation to monitor the effectiveness of the finance function and
the impact of very material investments in the Finance Transformation Programme
