What we did
• Changed business case approach:
• Advised management to set a top – down efficiency improvement target of 25%
• Modelled the resource requirements for the Target Operating Model to support an analysis of the potential head count savings
• Managed the business case process:
• financials, stakeholders, applicable IT costs, interactions with other related programmes through to acceptance by finance and the Board.
• Cascaded the business case into the planning process:
• Designed and facilitated the process to cascade the business case targets into the medium term planning process for each business unit
• KPIs
• Produced performance programme management KPIs and dashboard for the Programme Director

• Acceptance of the business case and recovery of the change programme
• Potential benefits enhanced to efficiency savings of 25%+
